Let's Talk
Fusionbox uses a Kanban board to record and visualize all of the tasks to be worked on, including ones that are in progress, being tested, and queued up for the next sprint.
At the end of each sprint, we'll discuss the work completed and demo our progress:
- We'll cover any obstacles that arose and how we overcame them, or if any new information was discovered that may alter the project priorities.
- We'll evaluate our next priorities and determine if they need to be adjusted.
- We'll identify which priorities can be completed in the next sprint, and conduct discovery on those items.
- Every two weeks, you'll receive a detailed report of who worked on what, and for how long, so you know exactly how much of your budget we have used.
